4 Levels of CAP! Performance Pathway

At this age, athletes are learning how to move.  Their brain is developing coordination.  Their body is building balance and movement control.

Movement patterns formed now last for life.

What Athletes Need

  • Playful but intentional movement

  • Jumping, landing, sprinting, changing direction drills

  • Agility and balance challenges

  • Game-based skill development (without burnout)

Consistent Trainings Results In

  • Quick, balanced, coordinated movement

  • Proper deceleration and landing mechanics

  • Reduced injury risk

  • A TRUE foundation for long-term athletic success

- OR -

This is a prime window for athletic development. The body is highly adaptable. The nervous system is responsive. Strength and power gains accelerate at this stage.

This is where potential turns into performance.

What Athletes Need

  • Progressed foundational strength training (squat, push, pull)

  • Light resistance training performed with speed and intent

  • Advanced speed & change-of-direction development

  • Movement efficiency training — learning to move smarter, not harder

Consistent Trainings Results In

  • Noticeable increases in speed, strength, and power

  • Better mechanics under fatigue

  • Improved body control and coordination

  • Growing confidence as performance improves

- OR -

This is the final major window of athletic development. Growth plates are closing. Movement patterns are locking in.

Strength and power capacity can now be maximized.

This is where high school athletes separate themselves.

What Athletes Need

  • Progressive strength training with loaded movements

  • Advanced plyometrics (jumps, bounds, reactive work)

  • Sport-specific speed and agility development

  • Smart training volume that pushes performance — without overtraining

Consistent Trainings Results In

  • Noticeable increases in strength, speed, and explosive power

  • Resilience and reduced injury risk

  • Confidence under pressure and fatigue

  • Physical tools to compete at the highest levels they choose to pursue

- OR -

This is where discipline meets execution. High Performance is the intersection of elite mindset and advanced physical preparation. At this level, it’s no longer about building a base — it’s about refining every detail.

Preparation separates good from great.

Who is this Level For

  • Athletes actively pursuing collegiate or professional opportunities

  • Athletes who want to train within a true collegiate-level structure

  • Athletes who have demonstrated the physical and mental commitment required

Coach evaluation and invitation required.

Consistent Trainings Results In

  • Refined movement efficiency under high load and speed

  • Professional-level preparation habits

  • Physical and mental resilience
