Ages 6-14 | Athletes will be divided by age for the sessions


  • 60-90 Minutes - Coach-led Age Appropriate - Speed, Agility, Strength and Recovery

  • 60-90 Minutes - high intent games to complement the daily theme work

  • Benchmark Testing Weekly for Speed, Agility, and Strength
