Overview


  • 1 Hour Trainer Led Sessions

  • Understand specific goals and outcomes for you

  • Assess current whole self state (limitations, injuries, opportunities, etc)

  • Initial Benchmarking of key metrics (mobility, stability, endurance, etc)

  • Build and execute custom plan to achieve goals with regular benchmarking of progress

  • Single Session:  $150 per 1-hour session

  • 5 Session Pack:  $750

  • 10 Session Pack:  $1,425

Adult Performance Hour (Group Class)
Overview


Adult Performance Club is designed for adults who want to train like athletes, no matter their current fitness level.


Our goal isn’t just to work you out, it’s to teach you how to move your body well.
